(2) The UCR uses the organizes offenses with the following definition: "The descending order of violent crimes are homicide, rape, robbery, and aggravated assault, followed by the property crimes of burglary, larceny theft, and motor vehicle theft."

(3) Not all cities, tribes, colleges and school districts reported data to the FBI's new National Incident-Based Reporting System, which fully takes effect in 2022.

(4) Population numbers and crime rates were not available for school districts,, colleges and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
