POPULATION DESCRIPTION

Several businesses were shut down during the pandemic, the employees at City of Elgin put his health at risk by showing up daily and taking care of the City during this time. He put his health and his own families at risk coming to work daily and being around people that possibly had covid. The Police Chief still made all house calls, even to the sick that were diagnosed with Covid, and at the time went without proper ppe.

I calculated $13.00 a day for the Police Chief, he worked 609 days
