PROJECT PURPOSE

The purpose of the project is to repair damage to the Community Center Building due to mildew and mole that occured in past year. There was a freeze in 2021 that was a ice storm with temperatures at -14 degrees.

EVIDENCE

The building will be void of the current mole and mildew and damage to the roof where water is seeping into the building.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION

The majority of persons using the building are African Americans and Native Americans desendant and citizens.

The building is a 90X60 Feet, which will needs a certified contractor to complete and determine the price and value, as well as provide data, estimate use, and impact..
