PROJECT PURPOSE

Premium pay for Three Essential Employees. The Town of Avant employees a Clerk / Treasurer; a Water Supervisor; and a Water plant operator / groundskeeper. I am requesting $5,000.00 per employee to compensate them through the COVID pandemic.

This will provide premium pay to the three employees of the town that have worked throughout the pandemic.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

This will be a onetime payment to each employee that worked throughout the pandemic to keep the town running.
