EVIDENCE

Water Tower Maintenance Inc., a qualified company, informs us of the poor condition of our water tower. I have submitted their report. It was built in 2000 and is in need of maintenance and refurbishing. They also inform us that if these are not fixed, we will soon need a new tower which could cost as much as 500,000. Clean drinking water is important to everyone.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION

The Town of Marshall is a small community with a population of 240. Three residents of Marshall died of Covid. This makes a big impact to a community of this size. Clean and Safe drinking water is important to each resident. We need a functioning water tower to provide good water for the welfare and heath of this town.
