PROJECT PURPOSE
Repair and replace 3500 linear feet of sidewalk in our 3 block downtown area to provide ADA compliant sidewalks for business access by community members.

Current sidewalks are not in compliance with ODOT and USDOT pedestrian traffic standards. Improving to full compliance will allow for better access for all pedestrian traffic.
POPULATION DESCRIPTION
Elderly residents, disabled and handicap community members struggle to navigate access points to current sidewalks preventing local downtown business from fully accessing community commerce. Businesses will increase revenue with better access for all community members.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
Downtown side street side walks are not ADA compliant. Upon project completion, all sidewalks will be compliant, providing ease of access for handicap, disabled, and elderly residents to visit downtown businesses.
