for premium pay for employees

EVIDENCE

Town of Fletcher never closed down during the pandemic. All employees were current during the start of the pandemic caused by Covid-19.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION

The employees that worked during the pandemic will benefit from this premium pay to help during the pandemic that was caused by Covid 19. Our Community was hit pretty hard, even losing some to Covid 19 that was apart of our community. So giving our employees premium pay for risking coming in contact with someone who may have had the virus, would help show how much we appreciate all their hard work during this pandemic.

collected data from payroll for employees and I created a spreadsheet for number of days worked per employee.
