PROJECT PURPOSE
Premium pay for full time essential employees, who worked through the Covid pandemic.
EVIDENCE
Where a lot of people were paid to stay home, local municipal government employees worked through the Covid pandemic. We also partnered with the senior nutrition program to deliver meals to the elderly.
POPULATION DESCRIPTION
The most vulnerable population was the elderly. They were unable to get their meals without the help of municipal government employees. Our employees ensured day to day operations were still in effect, such as providing water, sewer and garbage.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
We were unable to give employee raises due to the loss of revenue.
