POPULATION DESCRIPTION

The state of Oklahoma was hit hard by covid, in both an economic and mental capacity. My program is unique that it kills 2 birds with one stone helping to rehab horses and people with needs, both physical and mental to improve quality of life.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

It will be easy to monitor progress through baseline data collection, then compared to weekly and monthly update data collection to monitor progress.
