PROJECT PURPOSE
This project's plan is to provide safe, clean, drinking water to rural areas where it is not currently available.
EVIDENCE
The only water currently available requires people to drill their own wells, which is very costly. There is no other water source available at this time.
POPULATION DESCRIPTION
The North Rock Creek School District, Johnson Community, Rural Prague, Lincoln County, and Rural Shawnee area will all benefit from this project. People in the following communities were severely impacted by loss of revenue.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
The district has structures in place to measure and inspect each phase of the project. The performance will be evaluated accordingly and the project will move forward with each passing performance inspection.
