This Water Districts' main source for treatable water is Lake Jackson, which has nearly run dry in two of the last 6 years, and our treatment plant is struggling with DBP specifically TTHM and HAA5

POPULATION DESCRIPTION

This area is a rapidly aging population with a severely limited disposable income which has been directly affected by the covid restrictions, specifically loss of jobs.
