POPULATION DESCRIPTION
Most citizens and businesses have been impacted in one way or another by COVID. Those who have been most negatively impacted are the poor, disabled, elderly, very young. These populations will benefit by having more reliable, clean drinking water- particularly remote workers and those who require water to run medical devices.
