PROJECT PURPOSE

This project is to purchase and implement the Peoplesoft Fixed Assets and Supply Modules. This system will be used to maintain inventory control for the DPS Supply Division as well as manager the agency's fixed assts. POPULATION DESCRIPTION

Accuracy of inventory allows the agency to provide Troopers with proper and necessary equipment, including PPE, to safely respond to events and assist the public. Non-commissioned employees are provided with tools and equipment to properly process applications and assist the public face-to-face when DPS services cannot be accomplished on-line.
