PROJECT PURPOSE
The purpose of this project will be to use funding to make up lost revenues. The Covid-19 pandemic hit all communities hard and fast, for smaller communities it makes it even more difficult to offset revenue losses when catastrophe strikes. It harms the community as a whole, whether it be job losses of residents or sickness in the workplace making it almost impossible for the community to run. Being the municipal government, it is our duty to make sure we can help our community get through these tough times.

Our community is a small rural community. Our population is roughly 1200 residents. The were a lot of job losses with the residents in our community due to the pandemic which caused a lot of the community to fall behind on their utility bills which in part caused loss of revenues to the Town.
