City of Henryetta

PROJECT PURPOSE

In order to service the citizens of our community, the City of Henryetta is in need of a sanitary sewer main replacement near Broadway and 14th Street.

EVIDENCE

Through routine maintenance and inspection, the City and their engineer determined there is a portion of the sanitary sewer main that needs to be replaced near Broadway and 14th Street.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION

The City of Henryetta has a large population of Native American citizens, those considered underprivileged as it relates to income considerations, as well as a growing elderly population. These three specific groups are considered vulnerable and were negatively impacted by the pandemic.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

We will be using the services of an outside engineering firm to monitor project performance. This engineering firm as well as an outside accounting firm will be assisting the City with collecting and reporting of required programmatic data.
