POPULATION DESCRIPTION
Grain malting companies that operate out of the state are currently being used to perform this process for Enterprise Grain and shipped back to the Enid Brewing company. With current delays in shipping caused by the shortage of employees during this pandemic have greatly hindered the response time needed to reach our current consumer demands. Having a local malting company will increase turn-around times on product.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
