PROJECT PURPOSE

To improve the Water Treatment Plant by adding a Sodium Chlorite Storage Building, upgrading the Motor Control Center, installing SCADA, replacing and/or modifying interior piping and replacing effluent pumps. To improve the Water Distribution System by installing a new West Line pump station.

To improve the Water Distribution System due to age of facility.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

All items will contribute to ensuring Primary Drinking Water Standards and the Stage 2 Disinfectant/Disinfectant Byproduct rule requirements are met. This will be documented in required Monthly Operating Reports (MOR's).
