PROJECT PURPOSE

This project will improve security for the 3 pumphouses, office and six terminal locations. All locations are rural and security needs to be improved. The project will include internet accessible cameras and callout ability. The project will finish the control system upgrade, purchase air dryers and replace the 150 feet tall radio antennas with more robust ones.

EVIDENCE

The primary driver for this work is rust and obsolescence.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION

All counties and towns have been impacted. Using these funds will prevent WLMCD from passing the costs on to the cities who will then pass them to the citizens.

The scoping is done. Bidding and procurement will be done according to Federal and State requirements.
