PROJECT PURPOSE
Centranet in collaboration with the city of Perry is proposing to build fiber to the premise of public facilities and departments including the municipal airport, the athletic complex, and parks in the city of Perry. This will benefit the entire community of Perry allowing them to access high speed internet within these areas. These areas do not currently have broadband. This is a last mile project. We are requesting $649,404.75 for this project and will match $216,468.25 from our own funds.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION
The proposed service area provides services to the resident of Perry. Without adequate access to broadband, these public facilities can not grow. For example the Perry Municipal Airport requires high speed broadband to be able to grow and provide access to its customers. Building broadband in these facilities will benefit the entire population of Perry.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
The project performance will be measured by milestones during a 12 month time-frame. These milestones are discussed in detail in the Project Narrative Document that is attached. The project will be completed within 12 months.
