PROJECT PURPOSE

The Oklahoma Department of Corrections (ODOC) Intripid systems are in danger of failing. This project will bring all systems in danger of failing to a more modern and improve the systems that are aging badly and out of service or support. EVIDENCE

Inmate and Staff safety are directly impacted by having the aged Intripid systems replaced. This could be a safety hazard in event of a disruption.


POPULATION DESCRIPTION

The inmates, staff, program volunteers, and visitors? safety will immediately benefit from this project.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

The project will be measured in available data, dashboards, and budget by utilizing a project management tool.
