Comanche; Cotton; Jefferson; Stephens
PROJECT PURPOSE
This project will replace some roofs and purchase construction equipment for the needed pipe replacement and repair of 90 miles of large pipelines. We need to replace roofs on one pumphouse and the maintenance building. For pipeline repairs, a trackhoe, trailer and truck is needed. We need a pole barn to keep equipment out of the weather. Also needed are a mini excavator, fork truck and two f450 style flatbed trucks for hauling equipment.
EVIDENCE
AS the system ages, more pipeline repairs are needed. WLMCD is to the point where this equipment will facilitate repairs, reduce downtime and assure robust water supply to the six cities.
POPULATION DESCRIPTION
All six cites have been impacted, wither by lost productivity or the winter issues of 202.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
All equipment will be bid per state stature or purchased under the state contract. Reporting will be as needed or requested.
