PROJECT PURPOSE
To provide 115,000 bags of groceries each year serving 345,000 people through 75 faith-based and non-profit organizations in 13 Oklahoma Counties, mostly in unreached rural areas that have been affected by COVID.
EVIDENCE
We keep records of all distribution to all faith-based and community partners and who they distribute produce to.
POPULATION DESCRIPTION
We focus on rural communities without access to the same resources that big cities have access to, and also high poverty urban communities who also have faced severe economic hardships due to Covid.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
Using local leadership in each county to distribute and report outcomes and benefits of the project including household addresses and numbers served. We save all grocery distribution counts and intake forms.
