POPULATION DESCRIPTION

The Spring serves victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human sex trafficking. These populations have been disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 as economic stresses build, and victims became trapped in homes with their already aggressive abusers. The impact of COVID -19 has created more vulnerabilities within differing demographics such as the homeless, LGBTQ+ etc, and our services are offered and utilized by all of those populations.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

The Spring's Facilities Coordinator would be responsible for overseeing the contractors responsible for the work. Measurables including project deadlines being met would be tracked and provided throughout entirety of project implementation.
