PROJECT PURPOSE
Construct a monument to the United States Bill of Rights on the Oklahoma State Capital campus as authorized by SB14 from the 2016 legislative session.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION
All population categories and communities were impacted. As a not-for-profit organization our ability to secure donations from the private sector stopped due to the impact of Covid-19.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
Difficult to determine exact visitor numbers except through Capitol visitor bureau scheduled tour groups and monitoring instructional material distributed.
