PROJECT PURPOSE

The City/PWA is under a Consent Order with DEQ to replace sewer line to reduce I&I violations. They also need to clean the lagoon system at the WWTP.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

The City/PWA will hire an approved engineering firm to take care of design, biding, construction management, and resident project representation of the project. The City/PWA will present all expenditures to the Council/Board for approval.
