POPULATION DESCRIPTION
The 10-county region served by Murray State College faced higher pre-pandemic unemployment than the rest of the state. This was only made worse by the pandemic. It is critical to provide all resources necessary to ensure students have the best opportunity for success in education, thus enhancing their prospects in the workplace.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
The primary goals for the project are to ensure that the project is completed within the specified time frame and that the students will benefit by ongoing usage of the new broadband capabilities.
