PROJECT PURPOSE

To match funds provided by the City to buy and renovate a new incubator. Our current state-certified incubator is in a temporary space that must be vacated. Temporary space is due to the loss of our former incubator tenants and leased space, due to COVID-19.

We have a 20-year history of creating 758 incubator jobs at an average salary of $58,864.

We intend to create a Center of Excellence focused on women, minorities, Native Americans, and veterans.
