PROJECT PURPOSE
Purpose is to provide a platform for opiate and other addicted users to find private and state resources aggregated so that the patient can have the most information in one place. The platform also has a social community element that allows the patients to feel a part of a greater goal of Freedom from abuse

We have met with Jeff Dismukes in the past and some of the state's team to define needs
POPULATION DESCRIPTION
Opiate addiction is still not in check. We have had state and local officials speak into the needs and ways to collectively fight this epidemic that is attacking our society.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
Recovering users and their families will be able to be measured by the number of users and their engagement. We have the nimbleness to work closely with the State to provide a more robust user experience.

There are multiple private cap entities that have expressed an interest in ongoing support once the platform is established and running. The state can piggyback off of this platform in drug courts to track progress and visits etc. etc.
