POPULATION DESCRIPTION
The film production industry was essentially shutdown by Covid-19. Rawhide Pictures put over 400 people to work with most of those being well-paid crew jobs along with locations, catering, equipment rentals and other vendors. The direct proportion of this goes to crew wages and pension & health contributions with a secondary amount to locations within Guthrie in Logan County.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
The project performance will be measured by the completion of the project within the scheduled time. Measurement will occur by the number of Oklahoma film production personnel employed and services rendered by Oklahoma companies.
