The Town/PWA is under a consent order with ODEQ and needs to replace sewer line and make lagoon improvements to ensure future violations do not occur.

The Town/PWA will hire an approved engineering firm to take care of design, bidding, construction management, and resident project representation. The Town/PWA will present all expenditures to the Council/Board for review and approval.
