PROJECT PURPOSE
In order to service the citizens of our community and also new business developments, the City of Henryetta is in need of a 0.75 MG Water Storage Tank. It has been determined the current water tank is in a state of disrepair and is no longer cost effective to maintain.
EVIDENCE
Through routine inspection, it was recommended the existing water tank be demolished and replaced due to advanced state of disrepair and the fact it is no longer cost effective to maintain.
POPULATION DESCRIPTION
The City of Henryetta has a large population of Native American citizens, those considered underprivileged as it relates to income considerations, as well as a growing elderly population. These three specific groups are considered vulnerable and were negatively impacted by the pandemic.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
We will be using the services of an outside engineering firm to monitor project performance. This engineering firm as well as an outside accounting firm will be assisting the City with collecting and reporting of required programmatic data.
