PROJECT PURPOSE

Five of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections Facilities are experiencing issues with either out-of-date or non-functional Fire Alarm Systems. (ODOC Tracking #202112-002 submitted by Justin Farris, Chief of Operations)

EVIDENCE

Inmate and Staff safety are directly impacted by having aged or non-functioning fire alarm systems. Causing extra manpower and salary cost.


POPULATION DESCRIPTION

The inmates, staff, program volunteers, and visitors? safety will immediately benefit from this project.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

The project will be measured in available data, dashboards, and budget by utilizing a project management tool.
