EVIDENCE
As a result of the Coronavirus 19 Pandemic, the City of Sapulpa, its businesses, and community have suffered many negative impacts. As evidenced by ODOT traffic counts, tourism and economic activity along Sapulpa?s Route 66 corridor significantly decreased, resulting in the permanent closure of many local businesses. The City of Sapulpa intends to ensure that basic customer services such as water remains readily available for every citizen. The dependence of every citizen and business for water needs to be considered as we move forward.

Water and its protection of availability must be easily accessed for everyone.
