City of McLoud

PROJECT PURPOSE

McLoud has a need for an additional water storage tank and water well to supply additional water for the south end of our city limits.

EVIDENCE

Our engineering firm has told us that the new development coming to the area will not have enough water with our current water system and City of McLoud cannot afford the upgrades.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION

The area to be served by this water expansion is a more rural area away from the center of town. They are currently on water wells and septic systems. This improvement would provide a clean and stable source of drinking water.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

McLoud City Council and staff will perform frequent project inspections and monitor project costs.
