PROJECT PURPOSE
The project will build a training/retraining facility for in person and virtual instruction. It will also employ Oklahomans in production related film and commercial fields such as set construction, electrical, lighting, editing, sound editing, soundtracks- both digital and physical.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION
Large numbers of minority, low wage, food service and transportation, oil field and public sector workers have lost jobs or forced to lower income. The film and commercial industry is growing in Oklahoma and all of these fields have parallels in the industry. We partner with non-profits to train e.g. Oklahoma Works and DIMOK.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
We will track: number of Oklahomans employed for build out and operation; , number of students through the programs and follow their subsequent employment record; number of contracts the facility is contracted to do and subsequent state revenue.
