PROJECT PURPOSE
Recovery of loss revenue due to shelter in place order beginning March 2020 to March 2021. Temporary closure of multiple public food and beverage locations resulting in loss of jobs, free education programs for teachers and students and community events.

Finance statements for stated period will show loss of revenue due to closure and reduction in staff.
POPULATION DESCRIPTION
Free educational and community programs were suspended which includes STEAM content for elementary students, teacher lesson plan creation, health and fitness, and nature and sustainability programs. In addition loss of over one hundred jobs impacting local community.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
We created a pandemic response plan which required the temporary closure of several venues providing employment for Tulsans and revenue to support foundation. Additional layoffs impacted free community cultural and education programs. As we monitored all state and local pandemic guidelines we create a reopening plan. Recovery amount was calculated based on prior year 2019 performance verses 2020.
