PROJECT PURPOSE

The purpose of this project is to loop south water lines to provide cleaner, safer drinking water for end users. Some of our lines dead end causing stagnation. These dead end lines are flushed often in order to ensure safe, clean water. This causes a loss of hundreds of gallons each time flushing takes place. This project will ensure safer, cleaner water to our citizens.

EVIDENCE

We have worked with our engineer, Holloway, Updike and Bellen, for the cost estimate of the project. This will be uploaded. The City has completed many infrastructure projects and all paperwork is always in order and detailed. This project is fully validated as necessary and essential to providing safe, clean water to our citizens.

Business slowed and some were laid off or their hours were drastically cut. Then add the February winter weather event and many could not pay for utilities and basic essentials.
