To finalize infrastructure for the expansion of the Bartlesville Municipal Airport to become a regional MRO hub. Plan is to widen and expand the road from highway 60 to the airport, build hangars and finalize sewer, water and electric to the site.
EVIDENCE
Current employee shortage at existing tenants, project backup from lack of existing space, lack of promotion of existing facilities due to road and sewer issues.
POPULATION DESCRIPTION
Housed on the west side of Bartlesville, the Bartlesville Municipal Airport has a direct economic impact to the lower socioeconomic area of Bartlesville. Majority of the new jobs created will be blue collar, manufacturing and maintenance positions that will offer competitive compensation close to home. We also plan to partner with local education institutions to train workforce.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
