PROJECT PURPOSE

Improved security fencing methods are critically needed to enhance public safety. Recent events have demonstrated an increasing need for the ability to easily and quickly secure public spaces and assets from mobs and those who would seek to damage structures or harm political figures. Today it may not be possible for security personnel to defend a space by forming a human barrier or by traditional intimidation and crowd control methods. Effective security fencing is a force multiplier for law enforcement professionals charged with securing perimeters, access points, critical facilities, and infrastructure. This solution will provide every county in the State of Oklahoma with a Nomad mobile security fence system that can be easily and rapidly deployed by a small contingent of public safety personnel within their county or transported to other counties for combined security efforts.
