POPULATION DESCRIPTION
Despite being generally served by AT&T and Cox, there are several areas across the community that are not served with adequate and reliable broadband, and for several that do have access, broadband is unaffordable. Affordable access to adequate broadband is vital for working/learning from home when necessary, and for participation in the modern economy/society.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
This project will be measured by the number of homes/businesses the fiber utility will offer service to and by the actual number of home/businesses that connect to the fiber utility.
