PROJECT PURPOSE
To build out the Ft. Sill Industrial Park in Elgin Ok infrastructure, to continue you growth of the region. The park backs up to Ft. Sill and will continue to provide a possibilities for defense contractors to have access to the Post and has a great proximity to Interstate 44 for all types of industry. There is rail near the park that could provide other transportation options. This project will improve water, sewer a broadband for the community.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION
The community consists of active duty and retired military, spouses and, Native Americans are represented by several tribes and Lawton other minority classes that would be employed by a robust industrial park. An active park would help to raise the income levels of the County. The park would have the potential of adding diversification to the state, through new to Oklahoma jobs.
PERFORMANCE MEASURING
The project can be over monitored by the City of Elgin. Improved tourism and leased space.
