If this area is damaged it could effect the ecosystem of the state of Oklahoma. It also has economic impact for Western Oklahoma

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

This would be the re-sleeving of the waterline that feeds Hackberry Flats. This maintains wildlife in the area and creates economic impact by drawing sportsman to the areas.
