PROJECT PURPOSE
Heaven?s Edibles & Hodgepodge (HEH), LLC focuses on the production of Made in Oklahoma, Made in the USA manufacturing of flour, sugar, baking mixes, and much more. The United States supply chain is in dire need of affordably priced products that are manufactured right here, not overseas. The need for healthy, allergen-free, organic options that do not taste like shoe leather is exponential, and the market will not only bear it, but thrives in the billion-dollar health food arena. Due to COVID and its numerous variants, along with other export/import crises, there is no better time to create jobs in a market that is desperate for options. HEH brings flavor and health to the forefront, and we specialize in specific dietary challenges and health issues. Our products have already been evaluated by Oklahoma State University?s Culinary Arts division, and taste-tested by their lead chefs and several others with outstanding results. We use only the finest ingredients to make our products, and many are already certified as Kosher, Paleo, Vegan, Sprouted, and are part of the Non-GMO Verified project. Once our milling plant is open, we intend to gain those same certifications and more.

POPULATION DESCRIPTION
Underserved and vulnerable populations have been disproportionately affected by the current supply chain issues and SARS-CoV-2 as prices continue to skyrocket. These populations may include the elderly, people of color, Native Americans, and those with underlying health conditions that make them more susceptible to infection and health problems. For example, vulnerability to infection could be because of allergies, asthma, heart disease, or any other underlying condition, along with poor diet, which is more pronounced in underserved communities. HEH is focused on Rural America and will not only create jobs but also affordable housing for employees. Our facilities and housing are based on a Net Zero, disaster-resistant platform that we will duplicate in other states across the US by way of our headquarters in Oklahoma. HEH manufacturing and production facilities will not be a strain on the current, weakened critical infrastructure and will provide a safe haven when Mother Nature gets out of hand. Our facilities will be able to continue production without skipping a beat, which keeps our doors open, our employees working, and their homes and families safe from harm. All while providing clean, wholesome, allergen and health-friendly products and proprietary recipes.
