PROJECT PURPOSE

Dobson Fiber has worked on a proposal to where our company would commit to providing fiber to the home and business in 87 suburban communities throughout the state of Oklahoma that currently do not have a fiber-based, 1 Gig provider.

Dobson Fiber's proposal targets the following communities: Alex, Anadarko, Arapaho, Arkoma, Bethel Acres, Binger, Blair, Bokoshe, Bray, Bristow, Burns Flat, Byng, Cache, Canute, Central High, Checotah, Choctaw, Clinton, Coalgate, Dewar, Elk City, Forest Park, Fort Gibson, Glenpool, Goldsby, Granite, Guthrie, Haileyville, Hammon, Harrah, Hartshorne, Haskell, Heavener, Henryetta, Hobart, Howe, Jones, Kiefer, Kiowa, Krebs, Lindsay, Lone Wolf, Mangum, Marlow, Meeker, Minco, Morris, Mountain Park, Mountain View, Muldrow, New Cordell, Nicoma Park, Noble, Okemah, Okmulgee, Paden, Perry, Piedmont, Pocola, Poteau, Prague, Ringling, Rock Island, Roland, Sallisaw, Savanna, Sayre, Seminole, Snyder, Spencer, Spiro, Stringtown, Stroud, Tecumseh, Union City, Verden, Vian, Washington, Wilburton, and Wister.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

Dobson Fiber's proposal is a tiered grant structure: $500 grant per home passed for cities with 1,500-6,000 homes; $1,200 grant per home passed for cities with 400-1,500 homes; $2,000 per home passed for cities with less than 400 homes.
