The infrastructure that will be built will benefit the overall public health of the area, as well as potential future pandemic mitigation efforts for the region and Oklahoma. Communities potentially benefiting include: Pryor, Vinita, Claremore, Choteau, Salina, Locust Grove, Chelsea, Inola, Catoosa, Verdigris, Coweta, Oologah, and others.
