PROJECT PURPOSE

Bluepeak is already committed to invest ~ $250 million of private capital in Oklahoma ? ~ 355,000 people in 15 markets Bluepeak will commit to spend an additional ~ $87 million of private capital against the total estimated cost of expanding its fiber-to-the-home internet network to an additional 15 communities in partnership with the State The remaining estimated cost of expansion totaling ~ $155 million would be funded via grant from the State of Oklahoma Bluepeak commits to build the designated municipalities without further commitment from the State

POPULATION DESCRIPTION

Combining ARPA funds with our private funds, we anticipate we will be able to provide another 250k residents in Oklahoma with Fiber Internet, on top of the 400k residents we will are currently building.

PERFORMANCE MEASURING

Bluepeak currently tracks project completion on a monthly basis internally in the 15 markets we are currently overbuilding in Oklahoma.
